Research


ヒアリング内容に基づき、必要な情報をリサーチいたします。
できればお客さまにも同席して頂き、イメージの具現化を
共有いたします。


Based on the consultations, we will research the information we need to know.
If possible, we would like you to be present so we can share the process of
solidifying our ideas with you.

プレゼンテーション
Presentation


これまでお聞かせ頂いたご要望とリサーチ結果を踏まえ、
求められるデザインコンセプトを作成します。
ここではイメージビジュアルやパース、平面プランなど、今まで
頭の中にあった理想の空間や業態をそれぞれのケースに合わせてご提案いたします。
物件の規模にもよりますが、お客さまとのコミュニケーションを何度も繰り返すため、
このプラン共有には約１ヶ月ほどの時間を要する事もあります。


Based on the requests you have shared with us and our research results,
we will create a design concept.
We will present image visuals, renderings, and surface plans, and show you
the space you were imagining in your head based on your individual case.
It depends on the scale of the project, but since we communicate repeatedly with our clients,
it may take about 1 month for us to share this plan with you.

◯ プレゼンテーション費のお支払い


プレゼンテーションが終わり、設計契約に入る前に
デザインの構築料＝プレゼンテーション費用をお支払い頂きます。
もちろんお見積りを事前にお知らせいたします。






Presentation fee payment


After we finish the presentation and before we conclude the design contract,
we will ask you to pay the design construction fee (presentation fee).
Of course, we will give you an estimate ahead of time.

業務契約(基本設計)
Work contract (Preliminary design)


プレゼンテーションにてデザインの方向性が決まり次第、基本設計に
入ります。プロジェクトにより私たちの契約内容が変化いたします。
最終のゴールに向かって、共有させて頂きます。


As we decide through the presentation which direction the design
will go in, we will begin the preliminary design.
The contents of our contract will vary depending on the project.
We will share it with you as we approach the final goal.

実施設計
Working design


基本設計を元に修正・改良を行い、
施工の見積りを取るための図面を作成致します。
また、図面以外にも変更に沿ったイメージの再提案
およびデザインの確認も行います。


We will make corrections and improvements based on
the preliminary design and create blueprints for the building estimate.
In addition to the blueprints, we will also share new images
based on any changes and confirm the design.

金額調整
Payment amount adjustment


私たちは、施工見積りが適正か、間違いはないかなど、
プロジェクトの核として慎重にチェックします。
状況に合わせてプランの変更や修正を行い、予算に合わせて
イメージするデザインを整理し再構築します。
私たちのメリットは「お客さまの最高の黒子」です。
他にはできない柔軟性がありますのでどんなことでもご相談ください。


We will carefully check the building estimate as the nucleus of
the project to make sure it is reasonable and without mistakes.
We will change or revise the plan depending on the situation,
adjust the design to fit your budget, and reconstruct.
Our strong point is that we are "your best stagehands.”
We have the flexibility to do things others can't, so feel free
to discuss anything with us.

工事契約
Construction contract


お客さまと施工業者さまとで工事契約を交わして頂きます。


We will ask you to sign a construction contract with a construction contractor.

設計管理
Design management


工事契約後、工事がスタートします。
必要に応じて工事現場をチェック致します。
工事を進めていく中、いろいろな問題が必ず出てきます。
私たちはその問題をなるべく早く的確に指示調整をしていきます。


After the construction contract, construction will begin.
We will check the construction site as necessary.
As construction goes on, various problems occur.
We will accurately adjust our instructions to fix those problems early on.

完成・お引き渡し
Completion / Handover


工事完了の後、お客さまと一緒に現場のお引き渡し
および工事内容の検査を行います。
また完成後に見えるデザインの付加内容をお打ち合わせ
させて頂き、最高のお店に導いていきます。


After construction is complete, we will hand over the construction site
to you and inspect the construction work.
We will also discuss any additions to the design after construction
to give you the best result possible.

◯ 基本設計・実施設計のお支払い


引き渡しが完了した段階で最終設計料のご請求となります。
基本は毎月の作業量で、月ごとに
お見積りをご提出しお支払い頂きます。






Payment for the preliminary and working designs


Once delivery is complete, we will ask for payment of the final design fees.
Basically, this will be for the amount of work done each month,
with an estimate given to you each month.
